Florida is one of eight SEC teams meeting a conference foe for homecoming. Missouri and Vanderbilt, two of the SEC’s worst teams last season, each will be a homecoming opponent on two occasions.
Texas A&M is unique among the conference’s programs (and rare among college football teams in general) in not holding an annual homecoming celebration.
As for the remaining SEC schools, nine of the 13 homecoming games will be played in October, while two will be played in September and two in November. The earliest game will be held on September 16 and the latest will be held on November 4 (twice).
