Georgia now has the top-two wide receiver prospects in the nation committed in its 2019 recruiting class.
Five-star wide receiver Dominick Blaylock became the second of the two Sunday afternoon, when he announced his commitment in a video with 247Sports.
Blaylock, not long afterward, reaffirmed his commitment on Twitter.

“I’m a dawg!!!” Blaylock wrote.
The 6-foot, 175-pound Blaylock picked the Bulldogs over Auburn and Clemson (though the latter had not yet formally offered him). Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Tennessee are among his other offers to date.
Blaylock, from Marietta (Ga.) Walton, said he made his decision Sunday morning before informing Georgia coach Kirby Smart of his decision.
“He was pretty surprised,” Blaylock told 247Sports of Smart’s reaction to his commitment. “I just love Kirby as a person and a coach, and I just love Georgia, too.”
Blaylock said he knew Georgia was where he wanted to go after visiting the school a “long time ago.”
“I was like, ‘Wow, this is home,’” Blaylock said. “And I knew from the beginning that I was going to Georgia, and I just loved it down there. It’s very close to home, too.”
Blaylock visited Georgia for a camp on July 18, 2015, then received an offer from the Bulldogs two days later. He also attended a Georgia camp on June 3, 2016.
Blaylock joins five-star wide receiver Jadon Haselwood as wide receivers in Georgia’s 2019 class. Haselwood, who committed in March, is ranked by 247Sports Composite as the nation’s No. 1 wide receiver.
According to 247Sports Composite, Blaylock is ranked No. 2 at his position, as well as No. 21 overall prospect in the nation and No. 4 overall prospect in Georgia.
Overall, Georgia now has six commitments in its 2019 class, which is now ranked No. 2 in the nation behind only Florida. Prior to Blaylock’s commitment, it had been No. 3.
Other commitments in the Bulldogs’ class are five-star weak-side defensive end Nolan Smith, four-star offensive tackle Luke Griffin, four-star defensive tackle Rashad Cheney and four-star outside linebacker J.D. Bertrand. Bertrand committed one day earlier on Saturday.
Georgia wide receivers coach James Coley and running backs coach Dell McGee are Blaylock’s primary and secondary recruiters.
Following his commitment, Blaylock said he was ending his recruitment.
