I assume Alabama already has Letters of Intent ready for the children of legacies who have come through Tuscaloosa. However, Baby Tripp will have big shoes to fill if he is going to be as good as his father. McCarron is arguably the best quarterback from the Saban era at Alabama.
McCarron was a three-year starter at Alabama, winning back-to-back national championships in 2011 and 2012. McCarron finished second in the Heisman vote in 2013 before the Cincinnati Bengals took him in the 5th round of the 2014 draft.
But let’s not forget how persuasive Southern mothers can be. Considering Katherine (Webb) McCarron graduated from Auburn, it’s safe to say the Iron Bowl’s gonna be a fun watch for their growing family.
