Arkansas has named four team captains ahead of its 2017 season.

Razorbacks coach Bret Bielema announced Saturday on Twitter that quarterback Austin Allen, center Frank Ragnow, cornerback Kevin Richardson and safety Santos Ramirez will serve in the roles this fall.

Allen, Ragnow and Richardson will be seniors, while Ramirez will be a redshirt junior.

Bielema’s announcement came just before the start of Arkansas’ Red-White spring game – its 15th and final practice of the spring. Because of inclement weather, it was moved inside its practice facility and played out as a more traditional scrimmage instead.

All four players are expected to be starters for the Razorbacks.
