It has been a fantastic week for the Alabama Crimson Tide on the 2019 recruiting trail. Alabama has received commitments from thee prospects ranked among the top-275 overall recruits nationally, and based on that haul, the Tide currently have the No.1 class in the country for 2019 according to

Here is a look at the three prospects who have verbally committed to Alabama in the past seven days.

Defensive Tackle DJ Dale

The particulars: Dale, (6-feet-2, 323 pounds) from Pinson, (AL.) Clay-Chalkville High committed to Alabama on May 2.

The skinny: Dale, a four-star prospect, is considered to be among the top-15 defensive tackles in the country and is also a top-275 overall talent nationally in the class of 2019.

He committed to Alabama over numerous other offers nationally, including Auburn, Florida State, Louisville, Nebraska and Tennessee.

Dale is the second defensive tackle to commit to Alabama for its 2019 class. He joins four-star Rashad Cheney, (Ellenwood, GA.) as the two interior defensive linemen currently committed.

Defensive End Kevin Harris

The particulars: Harris, (6-feet-4, 218 pounds) from Loganville, (GA.) Grayson, committed to Alabama on May 1.

The skinny: Harris, a four-star prospect, is among the top-10 weak-side ends in the country and is also a top-100 overall talent nationally in the class of 2019.

Harris committed to Alabama over offers from more than 25 programs nationally, including Florida, Florida State, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Harris is one of three Alabama 2019 commitments from the state of Georgia. He joins four-star linebacker King Mwikuta, (Lagrange, GA.) and four-star defensive tackle Rashad Cheney, (Ellenwood, GA.) as 2019 Alabama commitments from the peach state.
