Donald Trump has some questions about Liberty’s decision to schedule Auburn and Ole Miss as future opponents in football.

During his commencement speech Saturday at Liberty University, Trump announced the schools already on the Flames’ future schedules and particularly had some questions for Liberty president Jerry Falwell when it came to adding the Tigers and Rebels.

Auburn, who Liberty will play in Auburn on Nov. 17, 2018, was among the first schools Trump named.

“Jerry, are you sure you know what you’re doing? Jerry, Auburn?” Trump said. “I don’t know about that, Jerry. This could be trouble, Jerry.”

Ole Miss, one of the last schools Trump named, will host Liberty on Nov. 13, 2021.

“Oh no, Jerry, Ole Miss,” Trump said. “… Those are really top schools. Maybe in four or five years I’ll come to a game, right? You’ll build it up? Well, good luck.”

Liberty currently is making the transition from FCS to FBS. After spending this upcoming season as an FCS independent, the Flames will be an FBS independent in 2018 and a full-fledged FBS program in 2019.

The other FBS schools Trump named on Liberty’s future schedules are Army, BYU, Buffalo, Old Dominion, UMass, New Mexico, New Mexico State, North Texas, Rutgers, Troy, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest.
