Eason was injured on a tackle out of bounds in the Bulldogs’ third offensive series of the game. He had to be helped off the field by Georgia’s sports medicine staff.
True freshman Jake Fromm replaced Eason at quarterback following the injury. He led Georgia to a touchdown in his second series.
