Louisville sophomore quarterback Lamar Jackson won the Heisman Trophy on Saturday night.
Afterward, he celebrated it at least in part with Johnny Manziel.
Following the ceremony in New York, Manziel posted a photo and a short video on Instagram with Jackson and the Heisman Trophy in a hotel room.
Manziel, who won the 2012 Heisman Trophy as a redshirt freshman at Texas A&M, was among the award’s former winners at the ceremony earlier in the evening at the Playstation Theater.

Manziel, a first-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, was released by the Cleveland Browns after two seasons in March after struggling with a series of off-the-field issues.
In September, he re-enrolled at Texas A&M for the fall semester, though he was taking only online classes through the school.
Jackson accounted for 51 touchdowns this season to go along with 3,390 passing yards and 1,538 rushing yards. He is both the first Heisman Trophy winner in Louisville history and the youngest ever to win the award.
Jackson and Louisville play LSU in the Citrus Bowl on Dec. 31.
