Lane Kiffin IS watching Monday’s title game in Florida … just not in Tampa

It turns out that former Alabama offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin will be in Florida for Monday night’s national championship game. He just won’t be in Tampa,

Instead, he’ll watch his former team play Clemson from a place a bit further south.

Presumably, Kiffin will be keeping a close eye on successor Steve Sarkisian, who’ll be calling plays for the Tide for the first time. Heck, this will be the first time Sarkisian has been allowed to interact with Tide players on the sideline during a game.

As for Kiffin, he gets back on the recruiting trail Wednesday as he attempts to finalize his first FAU signing class.
