Blockparty, a fan-focused hospitality and entertainment company, announced Friday that it has entered into an agreement with Missouri Athletics to become the program’s exclusive tailgating partner during the upcoming football season.
The company plans on providing new options to the game day experience for Tigers fans.
“We appreciate each and every one of our fans,” Missouri athletic director Jim Sterk said in a statement. “This opportunity allows us to show our gratitude by offering new experiences to the already incredible game day experience at Mizzou.”
Blockparty plans to offer a variety of tailgate packages including the option of either purchasing a tent package for a group or an individual ticket into the Tailgate Club, which will be a designated communal tailgating space offering a premium tailgating experience of both BYOB and catered options.
“Our goal is to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible for fans to come out to the game,” Blockparty co-founder and CEO Adam Ward said. “From hotels and restaurants to vacations, people increasingly want premium options, and there’s no reason tailgating has to be an exception.”
Blockparty’s tent packages at Missouri will begin at $450 for a 10′ x 10′ high-peak tailgate tent setup. Full-scale packages will include premium lounge furniture, high-end coolers with ice, high-top tables, tables for food and drink,the option of bellhop service and a media package which includes HD satellite service and speakers.
