Reggie Nelson played just two seasons at the University of Florida, but his 2006 season is still talked about to this day. Nelson recorded 51 tackles and six interceptions on his way to being named First-Team All-SEC and consensus First-Team All-American on a Florida defense that played a big part in the Gators winning the 2007 BCS National Championship.

Nelson would leave Florida following his junior season where he was selected by Jacksonville with the 21st overall selection.

Although many considered Nelson to be a bust in Jacksonville, he has gone on to have a very productive NFL career.

Playing for the Jaguars, Bengals and Raiders, Nelson has recorded nearly 600 tackles and 36 interceptions over an 11-year career.
