Alabama, Georgia hit the road looking to keep perfect records intact

Here’s a look at all the games involving SEC teams in Week 11.

The SEC again has the top two teams in the College Football Playoff rankings, and both have big games Saturday — and both are on the road. Both also have enjoyed the upper hand against their opponent, too.

Enjoy the weekend; here’s a look at the games.

Florida (3-5) at South Carolina (6-3)

Time/TV: Noon, CBS
The line: South Carolina by 7.5
The buzz: At least Jim McElwain will be spared the ignominy of being beaten by his predecessor (and, man, it is tough to discern whom UF fans dislike more, McElwain or Will Muschamp). Florida’s offense remains a disaster; Malik Zaire again will start at quarterback, and perhaps this week the offensive staff actually will have crafted some plays that take advantage of his mobility. Even though they’ve been outgained by almost 500 yards on the season, the Gamecocks — whose offense ranks lower than Florida’s — are in great shape to finish in second place in the SEC East. The defense has been a bend-but-don’t-break unit that has been tougher than expected against the run.
The pick: South Carolina 24-13
