For the third straight year, Texas A&M will receive a transfer from Oklahoma.
Former Sooners offensive tackle Christian Daimler will become the latest such player after announcing Saturday on Twitter and Instagram that he will join the Aggies as a graduate transfer this fall.

“Excited to be a part of the Aggie Family for my final year! Gig’em!” Daimler wrote on Twitter.
Daimler, who is 6-foot-7 and 321 pounds, will be eligible immediately with one season remaining. He announced on March 30 that he would transfer.
Daimler saw limited playing time in his four seasons at Oklahoma. He redshirted in 2013, then did not see action in 2014 and 2015. He played in three games last season.
Before signing with Oklahoma in 2013, Daimler played at Stratford High School in Houston. He was a three-star recruit with offers from Texas A&M, along with Arizona State, Colorado and Colorado State.
With the Aggies, Daimler should compete for a starting job at either offensive tackle position after Avery Gennesy and Jermaine Eluemunor finished their eligibility last season.
Last year, Texas A&M landed quarterback Trevor Knight as a graduate transfer from Oklahoma. In 2015, running back Keith Ford transferred from the Sooners to the Aggies.
