NFL general managers aren’t the only ones hoping to bring Myles Garrett on board for a big event later this month.

A Texas A&M student is using Twitter to try to get the former Aggies defensive end to go with her to the school’s Southside Semi Formal on Saturday.

That’s right: With 100,000 retweets (or “REWTEET,” as originally posted), the A&M freshman could be going to the event alongside the potential No. 1 NFL draft pick.

For those wondering: The Southside Semi Formal has a Roaring 20’s Masquerade theme, and it’s held at the Southside Commons Multipurpose Room on the A&M campus. southside Commons is a student residence area.

She’s got a long way to go. As of Wednesday morning, the post had been retweeted just shy of 7,000 times, far from the noon Thursday goal of 100,000.
