Top 10: Best SEC players in Tampa Bay Bucaneers history

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers enter the 2017 season looking to make the playoffs for the first time since 2007. The Bucs will rely on a revamped offense built around third-year quarterback Jameis Winston and former Texas A&M wide receiver Mike Evans.

College: Florida
Years in Tampa Bay: 1980-87
Why he’s here: Brantley’s career at UF ended after two games of his senior season in 1979 because of concussions, but he was cleared to play in the NFL and enjoyed a solid eight-season career with the Bucs, including five seasons as a starter. He was stout against the run and also had eight career interceptions.
